TOP PHOTO: this young man met his death within minutes after the estimated 70 - 80 mph impact (impalement) upon a one-lane iron bridge. ALTHOUGH it is not visible to the naked eye, there is a second fatality inside the pickup truck.

2ND AND BOTTOM PHOTO: the driver was removed from the wreck and survived it relatively unscathed; a broken thumb and minor lacerations. An overnight stay in the hospitol (for observation purposes) - flirting with the nurses; laughing, enjoying life, ... the driver was released from medical treatment the next morning.

GRAND JURY charged the driver with 2 counts reckless homicide; 2 counts aggravated DUI - (although in regard to DUI, his blood/alcohol level was under 2 beers.)
