First of all let me tell you, the accident happened while we were in Aguascalientes Mexico on vacation, I would have been with them also, but they had called us to say that our daughter was going into labor 3 months early, so I flew home.

From what I was told that happened that day, they had gone to a dance, had been drinking and were on their way home, when about mid-way, they saw a man who had drove off the road and landed in a ditch, and was badly injured, so they took off really fast to go let the ambulance place know where this guy was and that he needed help fasttttttttttttt.

Well they never made it to the ambulance place, about half way their, the rear axle snapped on our truck, causing the tire to fall off, left a gauge about 2 inches wide, 19 feet long in the pavement, before leaving pavement and rolling several times, ejecting all 6 from the truck, killing 5 of them.

The lone survivor says my husband was not drunk, but I do not believe it, I knew how he was when he went to dances in mexico, i've been to several with him, before this happened.

I believe if he wouldn't have been drinking and everyone would have had their seat belts on, they more than likely would have survived, but I guess only "GOD" knows the answer to that, and also, that he probably would've been better able to control the truck when the tire fell off. But then again, I can't really say, I wasn't there with them.

One of my husband's best friends, who happens to be a policeman there, told me that they had calculated the truck to have been going over 100 mph when the wreck happened.

I apologize about the color of the pictures, but that wreck happened a little over 8 years ago, and i've saved the paper every since.
