wonderful site you have, thank you SO much!!! i know some people wont open mail with pictures so i will send you some of kelli & the car she was a passenger in-all 3 died on impact. the other underage drunk driver was allowed to "call a friend" as he was too drunk to drive his own car home!

yes, i'm still bitter! i have much respect for the law- just in our state... not so much

theres a lot more to the story- but i'll spare you- as i know your in law enforcement :) keep up the good fight!

the 3 college student "adults" were never charged either. there is an attitude in our state (2nd in the nation for dui's, mind you) that these are just dumb kids..and it's a shame.

i totally agree. our 3 families are painfully aware that our kids contributed to their own deaths that night...and they paid the ultimate price for their actions.

we only wish the others involved were made responible for their part. if those damn flyers would not have been passed out- and alcohol sold to minors....

our state does NOT carry a field breathalyzer (or we would be number one for dui's i'm sure!) so therefor- "we have to see them drinking and driving, or we cant charge them for it"

sadly- kelli, jason & tommies crash is far from unique in this state. check out "jon" and "ashlyn" on kelli's top friends on myspace. and those are just two.
