Rick, aloha from Maui, Hawaii. I was browsing the web and found your page. I think you'll like this photo. Let me tell you the story behind this one.

I am a DUI Task Force officer with the Maui County Police Department, and this "WAS" my patrol car. I was on a traffic stop with another suspected drunk when this happened.

I was standing in front of my patrol car when suddenly all I remember was a loud crash and I went flying over the hood. My patrol car was pushed 19 feet into me and then into the car I had stopped. Fortunately I only suffered a sprained knee, and minor bumps and bruises. The asshole who hit my car was traveling in excess of 60MPH (in a 20 MPH zone) when he collided directly into the rear of my car. He had just come from a night club less than a mile away. He claims he doesn't remember leaving the bar, driving down the road, seeing the police car with all the BRIGHT blue lights activated ect., ect., ect. His BAC level was 0.135%.

As you can imagine I have no love loss for those who think only of themselves and continuously endanger everyone on the road by driving DUI.
